To avoid delivery issues, buyer must enter a valid shipping address during checkout. I cannot insure delivery for orders without a valid U.S. address.

Domestic Orders:

All U.S. orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. An email is sent when shipped with tracking information. Shipping insurance is provided by the USPS and I will do my best to sort out any potential delivery issues.

International Orders:

International orders are made at buyers own risk, and buyer is responsible for any customs due before delivery.

Undelivered international shipments will not be reshipped or refunded.

I am unable to guarantee international deliveries, as there is not insurance or recourse available to me as the shipper.

I provide a tracking number, but for most countries, the tracking stops being updated once the package leaves the United States (the last scan is usually Itasca IL). Once a package arrives at the International distribution center in the US, I am unable to provide any assistance.

For the most accurate tracking information, please enter your tracking number into the GlobalPost website. Again, the last tracking update will usually be in Itasca IL.

Sometimes international packages get lost, or more commonly, are not delivered because they buyer never pays the customs due. Packages often get held in the customs office or postal office of the destination, and the buyer must pay any customs due before receipt of the package. I do not know how your local postal system handles customs due. Some customers have told me they were never notified by the local delivery institution, and they had to inquire with their mail carrier in order to pay the customs and get their package. Some countries, such as Australia never seem to require customs and simply deliver the package without any updates or notice.

For international shipments, the package is shipped via USPS to a third party international distribution center where it sometimes stays for up to a week before there are enough packages to the global region to fill a cargo carrier It can be even longer during the holidays. It then gets the international label applied, taken to the destination country, and transferred to the local postal system or carrier for final delivery and customs tax collection.

Overseas shipments usually arrive within 2-3 weeks from shipment, but sometimes can take up to 6 weeks. Once they leave the US, they usually travel by sea, which can take around 10 days to reach the destination continent. They then have to travel to the destination country and clear customs before being dispatched for the final portion of the journey.

If you have not received your package or any customs notices 3 weeks after your package leaves the US as indicated on the GlobalPost tracking page, I recommend contacting your local postal carrier to see if they are holding it for customs.
