This accessory part is a direct replacement for either the saw or the file (you must choose one or the other) on the Leatherman Arc or Free P4. No other tools need to be removed.

It will hod two flat Leatherman bits (not included), tweezers and a toothpick (included) for 58mm Victorinox tools, and a straight pin (included along with spares).

It is compatible with my bit pen and bit scribe (available as optional add-ons). This part is not compatible with my eyeglass bit adapter, as the Leatherman eyeglass bits are too long - you could cut the eyeglass bit shorter and reshape it to make it fit in this holder.

The toothpick and tweezers can go in either slot so that the one you use most can be made more accessible.

This accessory holder sticks up a minimal 2mm beyond the frame, and has beveled edges to prevent hot spots.

This is optimized for Leatherman flat bits. It will also hold Galvanox or other third party bits, but note that Galvanox bits are sometimes a little longer, so they may be a little tight.

This space is extremely limited and this part uses ALL the available room. Beacuse of the added thickness and tight tolerances, you may need to guide the part back into the tool when closing it more than you would with the stock parts. It will close smoother as the edges break into the tool. If your bit guard is bent towards the saw, it may be in the way. I recommend straightening it while you have it apart.

It is fully compatible with the Zapwizard Holster, though you will notice it is more snug than a stock tool.

If you choose the saw replacement option and have an aftermarket pocket clip or other accessory that attaches to the factory screw holes, please note that most aftermarket screws protrude into the frame farther than the factory pocket clip. I don't think aftermarket screws would interfere with this part, but if you run into interference issues, you may need to shorten the screws or move the accessory to the scissor handle instead.
