I often don't want to carry my entire bit kit, but I do like to have my driver extender with me. I also wanted a way to clip it to my pocket, as I'm not a holster guy, and I wanted a way to carry a couple extra bits.
I designed these parts to turn the Leatherman bit driver extender into a stand alone pocket screw driver capable of holding 2 double ended Leatherman bits. The magnetically attached end caps keep pockets safe from pointy bits, but it can be carried with a standard 1/4" hex bit in the LM extender without the cap. The extender and/or bit are held in place with a friction fit..

In the pocket state with both end caps, it is 5.4" long, so a little shorter than a pen or pencil. If you choose to carry it with only one end cap and bit, it is 4.75" long. Just the extender and handle clip with no bits or caps are about 4.1".

In use, the short mode will be sufficient for most jobs at about 5.25". If you need a longer reach, a quick flip of the handle will bring it up closer to around 6.3". You can also use just the end caps to hold bits for tight jobs that don't need a lot of leverage. And finally, you can use a bit on the clip end to connect the whole thing to the bit driver on your Leatherman multitool, creating a 4" extension instead of the 2.5" of the LM part alone. Care should be used when using in this fashion, as this is a plastic part, and putting a lot of leverage on it with the assistance of your multitool could potentially break it. It should also be noted that while this is made from a pretty hard material, if you drop it on concrete or tile it could potentially break, especially with the weight of the metal bit extension accompanying it.

I created this design myself and I 3D print them on a resin printer, meaning there are virtually no layer lines and they are extremely precise and detailed. They are made out of a black ABS-Like resin. Each one is hand sanded with progressive grits to give it a nice soft satin finish.
